Lookout doesn't collect anything.

What Lookout does with your data
Lookout shows a status board on your Apple TV: your upcoming calendar events, due reminders, local weather, and the cameras, locks and sensors you have set up in Apple's Home app. The iPhone app reads your calendars and reminders and publishes a small snapshot of upcoming items to your own iCloud account through CloudKit. The Apple TV app reads that snapshot from the same account. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
Calendar and Reminders access
The iPhone app asks for permission to read your calendars and reminders. Only the calendars and lists you choose are read, and only events within the window you set (a few days ahead by default). You can change or revoke the permission at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security.
iCloud
The published snapshot, your panel choices and your wallpaper photo are stored in the private CloudKit database of your iCloud account, which only your devices can read. Apple's iCloud terms apply to that storage. Deleting the app on every device and removing its data in iCloud settings removes everything.
Home
The Apple TV app reads your home through Apple's HomeKit framework on the Apple TV itself. Camera stills and live streams come straight from HomeKit and are shown on screen only; Lookout does not record, store or forward video, snapshots or accessory states. The iPhone app reads HomeKit only to let you choose which cameras and accessories the board shows.
Weather and location
Weather comes from Apple's WeatherKit, requested from the Apple TV for the city you choose. If you ask Lookout to use the Apple TV's own location, that approximate location is used for the weather request and stored on the Apple TV only. Apple's weather data sources are credited on the board.
Photos access
If you choose a photo as the board wallpaper, Lookout uses the system photo picker, which gives it a copy of only the photo you select. It never reads the rest of your library.
What Lookout collects
Nothing. Lookout has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no servers of its own. Its only network traffic is iCloud sync, WeatherKit and HomeKit, all operated by Apple on your behalf.
App Store
Apple may share anonymous, aggregated statistics with developers (such as download counts) and, if you opt in on your device, crash reports. That is controlled by Apple and by your own device settings.
